In many urban cities around the world, the absence of trees, deprives locals of many benefits trees and nature has on one’s mental and physical wellbeing, while contributing to negative environmental effects such as elevated temperatures, reduced air quality, and a loss of vital green spaces that are essential for the well-being of both residents and the environment.
The Green City Project is a branding concept for a social campaign, designed to spread awareness about the lack of urban trees around major cities by engaging the community through a multifaceted approach.
